Honda Blackbird mirror covers


One of my recent projects involved scanning and reverse engineering a set of rare mirror covers for a Honda Blackbird motorcycle. The originals were no longer available, so I used high-resolution 3D scanning to capture the exact shape and mounting details of the existing parts. From there, I rebuilt the geometry in CAD, refined the design for accuracy, and produced high-quality reproductions that matched the originals both in fit and appearance. This project is a great example of how 3D scanning and design can be used to bring discontinued components back to life.
